Fun Fun Weekend!

Hey blog readers!
So...I love weekends, jus sayin. I mean, there's no school, no school, annnd uh....did I mention there's no school? Ha. I'm gonna be positive. Anyways, I love weekends. So I'll start with Friday. My first and only class for that day was Chemistry. Did I pay attention? You bet I did...not. Hey, I've got a "legitimate" excuse. It was 1A/2A Regional basketball in Wyoming and my little brother was playing at the same time I had class. So, being thankful for the invention of wireless internet, I go to mywyoming.org and I watched Kennan's game. The game started at I think 10 and I watched it until 10:15, because that's what time my class ended, and since I didn't have English 1010 (WOO!!) I headed to the institute building to finish watching the game. That....was a bad idea. I got waaaay into the game and I was in a spiritual building so....you can just imagine. It was an awesome game! Except, I only watched till the last 5 minutes of the game because my roommate made me go to Religion in Life. ;) Just kidding! But actually, she really did make me go but I'm glad I did because it was a really good devotional! So anyways....I was sitting in the cultural hall where Religion in Life was held, freaking out because I didn't know how my brothers game was going and what was going on, but THANK YOU CELLULAR EXISTENCE! But for reals, I am thankful for cell phones. My mom texted me that Kennan's team won! Yeah! Okay so NOW I can pay attention to the devotional. ;) So, the speaker was a girl who got in a sledding accident and was paralyzed. She told about how she would never take back what she went through because she learned so much and grew closer to the Savior. It was a great story! Well then me and my roommate go home and we eat our favorite: dino chicken nuggets! :D Long story. Actually it's a short story, I just don't want to talk about it.  Then about 3-ish, my married friend from high school asked me if I wanted to wish the Cokeville basketball girls good luck against our rival Burlington. Duh I wanted to! Ha. So I walk over to her apartment and we call one of our friends on the basketball team. She put us on speaker so we could address the whole team. We wish them good luck and we give them words of wisdom. Oh, it was so awesome! I love those girls so much! I miss them and my coaches so so much! They are such great examples to me. And they are even more amazing because they beat Burlington! First time in a long time we've beaten them in basketball. Awesome. :) Okay, so after that great experience, I came home and took a shower and tried looking my best because I was going out with a friend of mine from high school. He took me out to Coldstone and it was delicious! Then we walked to the Aggie basketball game together. It was such a fun night! I really enjoyed it!
Saturday!!
I had a Relief Society service project in the morning and it was so fantastic because they fed us breakfast! I mean....the serving part was what was fantastic....Haha it was all fantastic. Being served breakfast just added to it. ;) Our service project was making 'Thank You Cards' for the missionaries serving in Ogden. Let's just say I am not creative AT ALL. It took me a long time to come up with a design for one card! But I made some cards and me and my roommate headed home.
You'd think that was all we would do but that's false advertisement! Me and my high school friend Brittney decided to plan something for the day. So me, Hayley (my roommate btw), and Brittney headed to Wendy's to eat and then headed to the Cheap Theater and watched "The Muppets". If you haven't seen it, I highly recommend it! It's so cute and so funny! Oh and uhh....Jim from "The Office" is on there. :) (big dramatic, in-love sigh) Love him! :) Haha. So I spent the middle of the day with my best friend from high school and my best friend from college. Love you guys!
So now night rolls around and I planned to spend the night hanging with some of my guy friends. It was so much fun! Haha. We started out going to Taco Bell and then we went to Wal Mart to play sardines. Let's just say, I stink at hiding! Haha. I didn't know where to hide so I panicked and just sat down in the middle of an isle. Hahaha the funny thing is, no one could really find me! We actually had to text the last 2 people to tell them where we were. Oh it was great. I never let them forget about it either. :) Well, then we went back to one my friends' apartment and we talked and threw a football at each other. It was really fun actually. Haha. It was....ahem late when I decided to head home. It was just a super fun weekend and I hope there are more like it. :)
I hope you guys have enjoyed reading this. Blog ya later! ;)
